Coaching became a passion for me at 15, when I took my first job in Railway Union. Becoming Head Coach of the Irish Rugby Team is my Dream, and I will do everything possible to make that dream become reality.

Attack and Backs Coach to the DCU Women's team in Division 1 of the Leinster League. 

2019 - Present

Head Coach - Coolmine RFC U17s

Head Coach of Coolmine U17s for 2018/19 Season. Record: Division 1 League finish in 1st place, Final reached. Plate Semi Final and Metro Cup Semi Final reached. (Overall - 9/14). Increase in win margin of 35%, and increase in points scored of +176pts on the group’s results in the previous season.

2018 - Present

Coach - Kings Hospital SCT

Currently Forwards Coach of the Kings Hospital SCT 1st XV under Head Coach Tom McKeown. My second Year in the coaching setup, following on from acting as Skills Coach to the 2018/19 side under Dan Van Zyl.  Winners: Rugby Rising Tournament, November 2018, 3-0 Record for the Tournament. Semi-Finalists, Vinnie Murray 2018/19. 


U17s Performance Director - Coolmine RFC

In Coolmine RFC, I held the role of U17s Performance Director. This role entailed various elements, including Performance Analysis, Technical and Tactical consultation, Performance review, Coaching, Coach Development and Mentoring. Season Summary: Metropolitan Cup - Outright Winners. League - 1st Place Finish and Unbeaten, Semi-Finalists. 17s S&Y Cup - Finalists

2017/18 Season

Coach - Senior Panel 2, Lansdowne FC

For two season I held the position of Senior Panel 2 Coach at Lansdowne FC. My role was Coach of the J2 and J3 teams, as one squad. This was Adult Men’s rugby, playing in the Metro League, Albert O’Connell Cup and Moran Cup. I coached both teams as a Squad, two nights a week, alongside a superb team of coaches. During this time, I tried to have a strong understanding of every area of the game, however I specialised in Defence, Skills and Attacking Strategy


Coach - Womens 1st XV, Railway Union RFC

At Railway Union RFC, I held the role of Coaching Assistant. This involved observing the coaching staff, assisting in the setting out and organisation of training sessions, and aiding in the delivery of various drills and games throughout the year. I was also the team’s Performance Analyst and produced high level video analysis and statistics. My year of working at the club resulted in the team’s first ever All Ireland Division 1 Semi Final and All Ireland Shield Championship.
